MODRA Account

The public resource for requesting account and associated-data deletion.

Delete in the app or request by email

Delete Your MODRA Account

You can initiate deletion inside the MODRA app or request it by email if you no longer have access to the app. If an order is still being prepared or delivered, complete or cancel that order before deleting the account so MODRA does not remove information required to fulfill it.

Start the request

In the app, open Account, scroll to Delete My Account, and confirm. Or use the email button below.

Verify ownership

In-app deletion uses your signed-in Firebase account. Email requests require verification using the email address associated with the account.

Receive confirmation

In-app deletion confirms when the automated process completes. MODRA Support will confirm completion of a verified email request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

For an eligible account with no active order, MODRA deletes:

  • the Firebase Authentication account and sign-in access;
  • the MODRA profile, saved addresses, favorites, and nested profile records;
  • server-side and device-local cart data;
  • account-linked notifications and verification records associated with the account email;
  • files stored under the account’s private user-storage path;
  • the Stripe customer record and MODRA account identifiers in Stripe PaymentIntent and Charge metadata; and
  • account identifiers, delivery addresses, and other direct customer fields from retained MODRA order and payment records.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Information That May Be Retained

MODRA may retain non-identifying transaction facts needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, and legal compliance. Stripe may retain payment transaction records under its own legal and financial obligations.

Deleted Firestore data may remain in restricted point-in-time recovery and daily backups for up to 7 days. Default operational logs are retained for 30 days, and required Google Cloud audit logs are retained for 400 days. These copies are not used as active account data and expire according to their configured schedules.

Request Account Deletion

Email MODRA Support from the address associated with your account. Use the subject MODRA Account Deletion Request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification.
